Skirt Tool
Step 1: Roll skirt collars onto the barrel.
Step 2: Attach your choice of skirt layers onto the pull wire. One layer for a spider skirt and usually two for a full skirt.
Step 3: Pull the layers into the barrel.
Step 4: Roll the collar onto the skirt layer, pull the layer back out of the barrel, remove the wire hook and trim the ends of the skirt.
